Our committee met on Tuesday, March 18th to review applications and discuss dispersal of

money.

With a budget of $5,000.00 from monies donated to the TCGC for Civic Beautification and

$5,000 from the club itself, we awarded money to the following grant applicants:

The committee plans to visit the funded sites in late summer.

Tri-City Garden Club Civic Beautification Grant Form

        Please submit all Applications for the Annual Civic Beautification Grant below

Grant Application submissions will be accepted from the first of January to the third Monday in March.

The objectives of the Tri-City Garden Club Grant are:

To protect and conserve natural resources, native trees and plants.
To encourage and maintain botanical gardens, community gardens, and
horticultural centers for civic beauty, scientific study and the enjoyment and
education of the public.
To advance the fine art of gardening, landscape design and horticulture.

The grant budget varies each year. There may be more than one organization receiving a portion of the total, allowing for consideration of a variety of projects with different monetary needs. The recipients will be announced within 4 weeks of the deadline.

A Tri-City Garden Club Committee Member will be in contact with you to follow the progress of your project.  Photo documentation is required showing project in progress thru to completion.
